LOGAN FEBRUARY (b. 1999; they/he) is a Nigerian poet living in Berlin. Their work explores themes of desire, psychospirituality, and Afro-queer identity through poetry, essays, performance, film, and translation. February studied psychology and creative writing in Nigeria and the USA, respectively. They worked as Editor-in-Chief at Sycamore Review, and also edited Queering the Nigerian Divine. Their books include In the Nude (Ouida Poetry, 2019), Mental Voodoo (Engeler Verlag/Poesie Dekolonie, 2024, translated by Christian Filips) and the forthcoming Nude Imperative (Spector Books, 2025). A recipient of the Future Awards Africa Prize for Literature, February holds fellowships from Cave Canem, the DAAD Berliner-Künstlerprogramm and the Berlin Senate Department for Culture, among others. They are presently a poet-in-residence at the Humboldt Forum.
